I have a passion for online technology and keep myself abreast of the modern tech skills required. I have a knack for solving tech problems and I have been helping friends and clients with their tech issues from my modern and well-equipped office. I am always eager to learn new skills and fill any knowledge gaps.
I am proficient in using common business software such as Microsoft Office, Dropbox, One Drive, WhatsApp and video conferencing tools like Zoom and Google Meet. I use Ai as often as I can and am well versed in Chat GPT, Claude and Gamma to name a few.
I also regularly support a local builder with his business website development and support with any issues. More recently I have taken on a local Estate Agents with their IT support requirements and frequently assist with their new employee set-up and also liaise with their property website creators to ensure all is running smoothly.
